unfortunately, these people don't care about you at all. It feels as if their money is worth more to them than your mental health and well-being. Sadly, I’ve had multiple issues here. 1. A psychiatrist made me relive my past trauma after seeing how visibly upset it was making me and made everything worse 2. i had to wait MONTHS just to be able to speak to a therapist after that incident with the psychiatrist occurred 3. I was told many things about myself (that i felt were not true btw) that resulted in me only questioning myself more. The only psychiatrist I have nothing bad to say about is Dr.Ramos. I'm all about reviews and second chances, so with that said... I've read the reviews of Citrus Health Center West, and my expectations are extremely low as a result. However, I've been trying to find a doctor for months now and will try anything once. I called (they answered, but had to get a English speaking person) and was told that as a new patient all I must do is show up and let them know that I am a new patient. I'm assuming there will be paperwork, then who knows. Will update once I'm there and see with my own eyes...Update: 10.03.2023Went there and haven't been back. That should say it all...

Horrible customer service!!! plus they don't even have appointments sooner than 3 months!!! This office ladies should be working for a non professional place such as cleaning services or stuff like that
