Our A/C had to be replaced and Chills AC was able to have it easy and done within a few days. The guys were kind and efficient, giving us tips on how to keep it in tiptop shape and what to look out for.
Just to start off, I highly recommend this company to anyone with AC repairs or installation. My AC unit froze on me on a friday night while i had company over in the middle of the June in Miami, so you can understand my frustration at this point. Throughout the weekend I tried cleaning out the drain pipe and doing whatever I can to avoid calling anyone over. I was desperate and nothing I did was working. A friend recommended Chills Air Conditioning so I gave them a call. I spoke with a guy named Chris and explained the issue I was having. We used this company today to fix our AC. The repairman who came out was on-time, polite, knowledgeable, took the time to explain the situation, kept his mask on at all times, and was overall extremely professional and courteous. This is not typical service in Miami so it definitely merits acknowledgement. 10/10 would recommend and use again!Services: AC maintenance
