When the cleaners finally came, the service was very disappointing. Corners were missed, surfaces still dusty, and overall it felt rushed and careless. For the price I paid, I expected a much higher standard. Unfortunately, I will not be using them again.”

I don't get it. They are around the corner from me yet the app suggest they do not service my area. I called for clarification, on hold forever!

I had an extremely satisfying experience with Check Maid. I was able to schedule a last-minute move-out cleaning. I called on Friday and was able to arrange a cleaning for Monday.
