Needed to get a replacement car key for my car key. They were very kind and professional over the phone.Once I came into the store, they helped me right away and had me on my way! Haven't had any problems with the key since, but if I did, they said I could call them and they'd take care of it.Very pleased with the service and quality.

The privacy lock to 1 of our 2 bathrooms would not open and appeared to be locked from the inside. Big problem in a 2 bathroom house with 2 parents and 3 kids. I called Carballo Liberty. They arrived precisely on time even though I live on the other side of town from their location. The locksmith that arrived followed all COVID 19 protocols when he entered our home, i.e. he wore a mask and gloves and kept 6' distance minimum from me and my family.
