I have been training with Lino one-on-one sessions for almost 1 year in order to improve my athletic performance in playing soccer. I really enjoyed the variety & challenge he puts into each session. Lino is focused on helping me achieve my goals and makes every session challenging & somehow fun. He also has instruct me on nutrition in order to gain muscle mass & maintain a healthy lifestyle.
