From discussing the project with Juan to setting up the process with July Cruz, who was always on target and in communication with me, was top notch. The crew worked an entire day until my new flat roof was completed. Everything was cleaned immediately and no mess was left. The crew is friendly and the foreman gave me feedback from time to time. Federico and his team at Canopy Roofing are top notch. From the initial quote process to the installation, the level of communication, professionalism, and attention to detail were very very good. Federico goes out of his way to make sure that everything is well thought out and executed to perfection. For example, we picked out a blend that had some unique features and Federico made sure he was present during the initial tiling days to ensure the blend was installed correctly. Additionally, his team was good about following instructions on certain areas to put extra coverage on and where to park and not park.
