This was hands down the best bounce house experience I’ve ever had in Miami. I’ve rented several before and they’ve all been the same: late arrivals, unreliable, some with attitudes, super expensive, and just not professional.
I actually booked Bumbling Jumping after another company cancelled on me two days before the event. I was scrambling to find an alternative and on Friday night at 9pm they answered me immediately, got everything booked right away, and sent the COI within minutes. I was so impressed. Boki truly surpassed my expectations with his exceptional service. He promptly arrived to rescue me after my previous company canceled on me at the last minute. His attention to detail is remarkable; he meticulously ensured that the equipment was securely placed and left it spotless. The pricing is incredibly reasonable, and I wholeheartedly recommend their services. I plan to continue using them in the future.
Bumbling Jumpling is amazing! Their custom service is 20 out of 10. They are professional, reasonably priced, and very punctual. The level of professionalism is incomparable. Their products are of quality and they have a great variety of products. If you’re thinking about booking them, I say go for it. This is definitely a company I’ll use again. 5 stars doesn’t do them justice.
