Very happy with his services. He was very knowledgable and offered to go back to the home he inpsected to review the attic again as it was hard to access it at the time. I am very happy with them and will refer them business whenever I can!

BIS is excellent and the only company I would trust before purchasing a unit. I selected BIS based on the strength of a report I saw for another property. Within two days of our request, BIS sent us an incredibly well trained inspector (25 years of experience, I verified). The first thing the inspector did was to note that the invoice I had received was overstated because they thought I asked for both units of a condo to be inspected, he called the company and got this promptly corrected without me needing to do anything.
