Really happy with the friendly and professional level of service that was provided when my reverse cycle air conditioner was replaced. The team of workers who did the replacement worked efficiently and the whole process was completed much faster than I expected. Also, an issue with zone engines was quickly fixed. The installed Mitsubishi unit is more powerful than my previous Daikin unit but is much quieter. Great service from Manny for the entire process, from Yeni who made the initial appointment, to the very helpful office staff, to the setup workers, particularly Manny with his excellent problem solving skills.
