Manny made a special effort to come out to my place to repair my air conditioning system on the weekend. He arrived at my home within 20 minutes of my call.His knowledge was impressive and he was able to diagnose the issue within minutes of looking at the unit. Manny also had the appropriate part for our system in his vehicle. It turns out that the specific condenser that had broken in our system was no longer being stocked by domestic retailers and he had the presence of mind to buy quite few of these items, due to their prevalence in systems in the areas he frequents.Knowledge and experience such as the kind that Manny possesses takes decades to accumulate. Really happy with the friendly and professional level of service that was provided when my reverse cycle air conditioner was replaced. The team of workers who did the replacement worked efficiently and the whole process was completed much faster than I expected. Also, an issue with zone engines was quickly fixed. The installed Mitsubishi unit is more powerful than my previous Daikin unit but is much quieter. Great service from Manny for the entire process, from Yeni who made the initial appointment, to the very helpful office staff, to the setup workers, particularly Manny with his excellent problem solving skills. Manny was on time, friendly, helpful and explained everything. He did a great job installing the new air conditioner and his pricing is fantastic. Will definitely have him out here again.
