Rosy is the sweetest, most genuine person you will meet. My lashes last a very long time and she really cares about her craft. She is a perfectionist, yet also very caring and wants you to be satisfied. Her pricing is beyond fair, and there were a few times she could have charged me for a full set, but only charged me for a refill, which shows what a nice, honest business owner she is.
