I know they have some rough reviews, but I had 4 shirts with bad stains and they did an excellent job getting them out. The shirts look better than new and have no signs that they were ever stained. I’d absolutely trust them again!

I have been going to Brickell Cleaners for over 10 years. Whenever there was a problem, the manager made it right. Most recently a button was missing. Did not check when I picked up. Upon my next trip with the garment, the manager replaced the button. If you have a problem, take it to the manager. He or she will do their best to fix it.

I don’t really know what’s up with all the terrible reviews of this place. I was scared off from coming here for a time even though I live close by because of the negative reviews, but eventually I did just because it was so convenient and I’m glad I did. I’ve had many items dry cleaned at Brickell Cleaners at this point and some minor alterations done and every time the service has been impeccable.
