I have been going to Brickell Cleaners for over 10 years. Whenever there was a problem, the manager made it right. Most recently a button was missing. Did not check when I picked up. Upon my next trip with the garment, the manager replaced the button. If you have a problem, take it to the manager. He or she will do their best to fix it.

I don’t really know what’s up with all the terrible reviews of this place. I was scared off from coming here for a time even though I live close by because of the negative reviews, but eventually I did just because it was so convenient and I’m glad I did. I’ve had many items dry cleaned at Brickell Cleaners at this point and some minor alterations done and every time the service has been impeccable.

I ordered same day service but that was not possible so it was next day. No big deal but all the shirts were ironed poorly. They had so many wrinkles but I could not fight it since I had to travel for business the next day. Not sure what happened but the service is not what it used to be in the past.
