I do recommend BMG when you are in need and other banks say no, but they do change their policies quite often to the point to where it's annoying. 1. Refinance went from 6 payments to 10 without notice 2. income limits change weekly without notice 3. unless it's government subsidized income, you cannot use a 2nd job income 4. they won't give any information on what the new income limits are 5. rude and lying representatives.
