Blower Door Test

Maurice is a qualified professional. Rare in the contractor business.
He inquired about the house and inspected it.
While checking the AC's Air Handling Unit, he found a whole in the drywall which would have rendered the Blow test futile.
He did not charge for his visit.
While I cant attest to the blow door test itself yet, he earned my trust and will have him come back as soon as it is fixed.
