I have been coming here for almost 2 years and can easily say that this is the best nail salon in Miami! Every time I come in for my appointment I always walk into such a welcoming environment. They never fail to accommodate your needs so that you can have the best experience and end result for your nails. Melissa, who works at the front desk, is always so helpful when making your appointments. She is so understanding and always does her best to find and accommodate appointments within your personal schedule. The nail technicians are super nice and friendly. The owner’s daughter Melissa (receptionist) has an attitude like everyone says on the reviews. They have pretty decent prices which is why I went for so long. I was 30 mins late today and they told me they couldn’t do both my pedicure and manicure, so I only got a pedi. I always pay $37 for gel mani/reg pedi, I paid $26 today for a pedicure ($23 as the sign shows + $3 credit card fee). When I asked her why they charge so much for paying with credit card, she said “we don’t charge you for paying with a card, Bank of America does” with a huge attitude lol.
