I have had 2 good experiences with the optical Dept. The staff are courteous and professional. There is a good selection of frames. I already had the rx so I didn't have to see the optometrist. It took about 10 days to receive the frames. All in all. A good experience.

Wonderful experience !! Everything was smooth , buying glasses for 45 yrs , I know the drill. Great selection of frames , good help in choosing , very thorough eye exam , and very fast service...3 days ahead of schedule. Mario and staff very nice people. Price really fair...I got 2 pairs for price of one in the other big chain stores. I don't lie for anybody...very happy.

Recently became a member for the first time. I noticed a lot of the reviews are from years ago and wanted to chime in with my recent experience. Was surprised they carry many of the same brands (and many more!) as Costco but at more reasonable sizes so perishable items don't go to waste. The clientele is way more polite and patient than Costco shoppers and the staff is very personable and savvy about the inventory. The way everything is laid out makes sense. We found this BJ's to have great parking, ample product selection, attentive staff, great prices and tons of membership perks and rewards.
