Although I didn’t want to go to a hospital facility it is comforting to know that I was in good hands with Baptist Urgent Care. I sustained a fall on a wet floor, injuring my shoulder and was in a lot of pain.I was attended by a great team of doctors and nurses. X-rays were taken and they determined that I had no broken bones. I was given a prescription for painkillers to relieve the pain, and a sling. I am so grateful for this location for being close to home, it sure beats going to a hospital and waiting for hours to be seen. Thank you! Thank you!! ?022724

I do not live here. I am from Illinois, so I do not have a doctor here. I became sick and went to Baptist Health Urgent Care. The Doctor was amazing, along with the staff. I am a RN, MSN, PhD and teach nursing students (to be RNs). The staff was very kind and compassionate. The physician listened, showed empathy and was thorough. Thank you for listening to me and caring about getting me to feel better. I appreciate that you made me feel that you had genuine concern for my health. Thank you
