As an out of towner, this is 2nd time I've used Baptist urgent care. And 2nd time they were all great. Timely and efficient even though they were busy. Clean and everyone very pleasant which makes for a much nicer experience especially when one isn't well. Highly recommend if you don't have your own doctors around.
On my visit I was very pleased with the way I was received. Everything was done professional and efficient. The entire staff was extremely friendly and made sure you were comfortable or offered there accommodation if you needed anything. Hopefully I will not need medical help in the near future. Your center is the place to go and the best I have seen as an urgent care center. Very clean and a smooth transition from one station or place of care to the next. Thank you for your professional and friendly service from the moment I entered the center until I walked out.
Extremely efficient! New, clean space. Friendly and helpful staff. Checkin process is a breeze with the Pine app and the automated prescription dispenser is genius so you don’t even have to drive to a pharmacy and wait for your order. Highly recommend!
