I can’t believe this people are still in business. Terrible attitude, the worst customer service I’ve ever had, the way Robert talked to me on the phone was insulting and disrespectful with a terrible attitude. How can you do business treating people like that, definitely don’t recommend this company unless you would like to be treated poorly and disrespectful. I’ve done customer service for several years and that is not the way you do business or treat people.

Super rude person and a terrible job. Don't work with them. Please, they don't cover the warranty. After they break something, it will solve it instantly, but breaking other things on purpose.

Mr. Roberto, a rude person, solves things for you instantly but then when it's time to cover the warranty he doesn't cover it and he doesn't take responsibility, he wastes your time and is also very unpunctual, he says that at an hour and he arrives 1 hour later. I do not recommend working with them at all, it will damage your air conditioning for sure.
