We signed contract with the company to install impact windows and sliding doors in January 2022 and paid 50% deposit of the total contract price. The company did not complete the project until March 2023, using all kinds of excuses in between for not starting the project. About 7 or 8 months after the installation, one sliding door cannot be locked. Over the next 9 months I called the company many times to send someone to adjust the door. Initially they said they will come at a time convenient for them, but eventually stopped responding. I had to spend $200 to get another company to fix the door. Very disappointed at this company.

As per public records he has had several legal disputes about money with clients.I would recommend using another company, but if you do use them, I would make sure to get everything in...read full review
