Area 51, it’s a great place to start your fitness Journey. the atmosphere is 10/10 Das it’s a great coach and would teach u the proper way to workout as well as your nutrition habits i would definitely Recommend any to come if they want to change their working out habits and maturation habits for the better
DAS, by far has been the best trainer I have met! You can feel the passion he has for his clients and training! I suffer from knee problems, DAS created a training program to protect my knee, and even provide me with knee sleeves during training to help! I’ve been training for 14 years, and first time i come across such an amazing trainer. Facility is spotless, super organized and very clean! Thanks DAS and the team for amazing experience
