I really like this gym. It’s very clean for a gym and the staff is all friendly. Catherine did my free personal training session, and she was honestly amazing. She was funny, personable, extremely knowledgable, and nonjudgmental. I highly recommend anyone to train with her. I’m removing a star only because the hot plunge is pretty gross. I wish it was maintained more often. Outside that, gym is spectacular. ?
Edit: changing my review to 5 stars because shortly after leaving this review, I have never seen the hot plunge cloudy or gross again. Love anatomy!!!

This gym is excellent, and its location is extremely convenient. However, I have one suggestion for improvement: the music is often too loud, which can be overwhelming. While some members may enjoy the high volume, others like myself prefer a more balanced atmosphere. It would be great if the gym could find a happy medium that caters to different musical preferences, making the workout experience enjoyable for everyone.
