I am currently receiving the services of this agency since February 2024, they have a great nursing team, very capable, disciplined and of good human quality, but regarding the Case Manager (Mariam) quite the opposite, she is rude to me, the few times The person who has had to call me does so rudely and handsomely as if one were not sick and in need of this service, having to deal with people like that leaves a lot to be desired.
