I can't recommend All American Solutions enough! Bob remotely backed up my information into a back up battery and uploaded it into my new laptop. Bob was incredibly knowledgeable, explained everything clearly, and fixed the issue quickly. Not only was the price fair, but their customer service was top-notch throughout the entire process. We accidentally let a hacker into our pc. Bob was so quick and knowledgeable about what needed to be done to get them out and secure our pc again. I cannot recommend this company enough! Bob explained everything and made it easy to understand. We can now use our pc again without worry! If you need help with your PC, you won't find anyone better, I promise!!!!
