We accidentally let a hacker into our pc. Bob was so quick and knowledgeable about what needed to be done to get them out and secure our pc again. I cannot recommend this company enough! Bob explained everything and made it easy to understand. We can now use our pc again without worry! If you need help with your PC, you won't find anyone better, I promise!!!!

I cannot recommend All American Solutions enough! I am a Website Designer and Online Coach so my laptop is my everything! I am great about file backups, etc. but all of a sudden my screen started to flash a white screen off and on and I had no control of my files. I did some troubleshooting, but it was not enough. I spoke to Bob and he had Franco call me and within less than 24 hours, with his step by step directions, we were able to reset my Windows without losing any of my files! Had a problem, called them and Bob (owner) picked up. He was the most helpful person I've ever talked to on the phone. Made questions, tried to answer all of them, there was a Hardware issue in one on my laptops they did not fix, so he gave me a couple of options, there was a SW issue with another laptop, he did not had the answer to that one, so he told me he'd look into it, do some calls / research and call me back.
