Everything from start to finish went incredibly well. Daniela handled our HOA architectural approval for the shingles that we wanted. She also handled the county permitting process. Amazing experience with AJF for the replacement of my roof. We went from a shingle roof to a metal roof and the replacement process was smooth from permitting to completion. Eugenio was meticulous in his assessment of my existing roof and inspected my roof several times before we even signed the agreement to make sure we were on the same page about some details that were specific to my roof. They gave me professional advice and were not pushy. The crew was promptly there early morning, cleaned up daily, and took great care to my protect my property. Daniela Segre and the team at AJF Roofing are exceptional. The quotation was in incredible detail. Nothing was left to chance. They started on time… complete roof replacement in 3 weeks just as stated! Cleaned up every evening. Work was beautiful and every detail as quoted. Perfect! Very highly recommend AJF Roofing. No one could be better. They handle permits, all requirements, inspections and dealt with our Insurance Company. The best!
