You guys give great customer service, it was our first workout and we had a lot of fun. And it's a really crazy good workout. Coach Bone was awesome! Really made the class a lot of fun.
AirLab has quickly become one of my favorite workout spots. I first tried it through ClassPass and ended up loving it so much I stuck around. The coaches are amazing, they really know what they're doing, always correcting form & pushing you just the right amount without overdoing it. The elevation training adds such a unique challenge & has honestly helped me a lot with hiking prep, esp after doing Peru and now getting ready for Ecuador. I usually go 2x/week for their strength classes & it's been such a game changer. The community vibe is great too, everyone's supportive and motivated. Definitely recommend this gym if you're looking for something that really pushes you & feels fun at the same time
The workouts and coaches are great! There's dedication to improve performance, to go further and respecting physical limitations (injuries).
