I've been extremely satisfied using Air Guide at my Coral Gables home for over 20 years, but today's service (Super Bowl Sunday) was worth a special mention. Last night (always a weekend) the master bedroom air stopped cooling. I called Danny this morning and gave him the error codes from the thermostat. He diagnosed it right away (fan motor) and said it would probably be Monday before he could contact Lennox for a replacement motor. However, a half hour later he said he had found the part and would repair it today (well above and beyond normal service levels seen these days). For all these years I've found their service and value to be exceptional both for repairs and new installations and can highly recommend.

Last Sunday our air conditioner stopped working and I called Air Guide not expecting much because of it being a weekend, but they responded, diagnosed and repaired a defective coolant valve within a couple of hours. Cost exceptionally inexpensive for work performed. I would highly recommend this company.

Air Guide installed a mini split air conditioner in my house. I have used them before to service my central air conditioner and they have always been fairly priced, courteous, efficient and prompt. They do an excellent job and I trust them to get it right.
