Made a phone call to Air on Demand. It was around 1pm. I was told the technician will be to my home between 1pm and 5pm. I don’t even think it was 1:30pm and Technician Jace Lovelace was knocking on my door to service my unit. He went a step further and offered to assist with setting up my phone with the App so l can work the central air unit from my phone. Not only that, he noticed l wasn’t changing out my filter? and went to his truck and replaced the screws to the filter lid with magnets to make what is already an easy thing to do, even more easier for me?! He’s the best!!! Thanks for your service JACE!!!!
