I am so happy I found Dr. Thomas Riley, MD, the new orthopedic surgeon at Affiliated Healthcare. His entire staff is friendly and very professional. Dr. Riley started me on a treatment plan of prolotherapy PRP injections to help me regain function and resolve my pain that stems from major trauma injuries to my hip, SI joint, ruptured hamstrings and hip flexors that occurred many years ago! Every other orthopedic surgeon I’ve seen just wanted to do a hip replacement, but since I plan on living longer than the prosthesis would last, I’ve continued suffering, repeatedly re-injured myself and losing more function along the way. Also, a hip replacement would not do anything to help my other injuries and would probably make them worse. Now I finally feel like under Dr. Riley’s care, I will recover enough to return to the activities that I love to do and miss being able to do! I highly recommend Affiliated Healthcare for excellent medical care.
