If you are new to Rolfing, Marcela provides the full scope of the treatment. Marcela's verbal instructions and hands-on practice are graceful and precise. You'll be introduced to your body's mobility and movement patterns and learn to explore them with kindness and patience. Highly recommended!

Marcela is AMAZING. I was referred to her by my physiatrist. WOW did I hit the jackpot! I suffered multiple injuries over the last few years during training for triathlons. I have been suffering from different muscle tears, neck pain, back pain, shoulder pain...for years...What I realized through her is so much of my pain and injuries comes from the way I sit, stand and respond to stresses--both work and on a personal level.
