I had a great experience with Keep Cool Air. Jaime showed up right on time, which I really appreciate, and was completely honest about what needed to be done (and what didn’t!). No upselling or pressure just straightforward, professional service. Will definitely be using them again!
I had reached out to Keep cool air for a second opinion. Found them through my warranty website. First and foremost I wanna say they were very efficient in getting someone out to my house right away. They also checked my unit and diagnosed and fixed the issue. I found them very thorough and reasonable in their service. I would highly recommend this company. I love honest companies that are very efficient in their work. I will be calling them to service and maintenance my unit yearly. Thank you so much!!!!
I absolutely Recommend KEEP COOL AIR they replaced our entire duct system.. and yes in middle of MAY ??? The staff was amazing from Getting the quotes to scheduling and completing in the project. This was an amazing team to work with. I highly recommend them. They replaced our original duct system..They're professionable, knowledgeable and we're on point with their staff and scheduling.. They kept us informed through the whole process showed us pictures step by of the installation.. Kudos to the whole staff, Maria, Dash and Vento muchas gracias ?? ??? our ac is running so good before this installation we had ac on 68° now we keep it at 74 or 75° degrees... read full review
