Posted before finishing. The Tech Leonel Echevarria arrived a 9:40 pm. Said the unit was frozen and turned off the complete unit from the outside and said he would be back between 8-9 am the next day. Never arrived so I called to verify. Had to call 4 times and spoke with the person picking up the phone Luna. No help and was given a different excuse each time I called. Last call she said they were not able to get parts or honor the warranty of the unit. I requested a manager to call me back still waiting since Wednesday. I had also said how do you know the unit needs parts of the tech never even opened the until to see what the issue was. Had to call another company... read full review

Leonel, a life safer. Smart, thorough took his time, and diagnosed the issues and fixed it. I’ve had other companies take a look and they all tried to take advantage. I highly recommend A Max and especially Leonel. Thank you so much!!!!!!
