Posted before finishing. The Tech Leonel Echevarria arrived a 9:40 pm. Said the unit was frozen and turned off the complete unit from the outside and said he would be back between 8-9 am the next day. Never arrived so I called to verify. Had to call 4 times and spoke with the person picking up the phone Luna. No help and was given a different excuse each time I called. Last call she said they were not able to get parts or honor the warranty of the unit. I requested a manager to call me back still waiting since Wednesday.
