Additionally, we aim to maintain and improve the service delivery system for home and community service waiver and Medicaid. As a provider of waiver and Medicaid service, we are dedicated to assisting individuals to achieve their desired outcomes. Because people with disabilities may change their priorities over time, we spend as much time as necessary with the individual to determine what their goals are like.
