We contacted 4th Generation Roofing for a roof leak at a member of my family's home to fix a roof leak. The person on the phone was very pleasant and patient in handling our request. Their response time was incredible! They text us notifications every step of the way so we knew when the technician was en route. They even went above and beyond checking the roof after the repair was completed to ensure no other immediate problems would occur. The pricing was very reasonable and we couldn't be happier with their service. We would definitely recommend them in the future!!
I had great experience with the staff, owner and roofing manager. Affordable price to repair my roof, Miriam was amazing when it came to answering my questions and getting back to me with all my questions. Definitely would recommend if you have any roofing needs. My roof took about 3 days to get completed.
Great roofing company! They had great commutation throughout the whole process of replacing my roof. They replaced the roof in a timely manner and were very professional. They were very understanding when I had to delay the start of the project due to my homeowners association taking a long time to approve the replacement of the roof. They were very transparent and trustworthy which is hard to find in South Florida.
