Great building, love the location! The management is incredibly helpful and are very attentive. David especially was a great help with the entire process of moving in and getting situated.

I don't live here I would love it but I can say that it is a great place *Pets are allowed *Quick access to Miami Beach/Brickell/ I-95/395/836/ Miami International Airport *Blocks from: American Airlines Arena Adrianne Arsht Center PAMM and Science Museum Design District Midtown Shops *Fully equipped kitchen, brand name appliances, stunning views *fully equipped gym, lap pool and hot tub * Spanish is spoken

Great Management !!I love the building and the views, but what makes it great is the great management! specially Aithor the manager, he is awesome, always very helpful and kind , always helps in fixing problems as fast and efficiently he can .I definitely recommend 22SKYVIEW for your place to live “home “?☀️??Ivelisse
