They have a wait for a reason people! After being consistently disappointed with tax preparers in the past I gave them a shot and it was the best thing I ever did. I’ve been doing my taxes with them for a few years and it has ALWAYS been worth the wait. They respond within a reasonable amount of time and have always been quick to resolve any situations I have had. I won’t ever go to anyone else.
