They're really good. The current owner made sure the job was done right. The price is the best of the best and I'm happy to have not seen the bad reviews before- if not I would have missed the opportunity of such a great company. My recommendation is to use your own experience and not give into bad reviews.

Excellent company, I recommend it, I would use it when I need it and I recommend it, the price is the best on the market and its owner supervises the work.
My advice is not to be carried away by review, it is better
Have your own experience.

The staff came on time, they were very courteous and respectful. The price was better than 3 other quotes that we got from other companies. I dint loose anything, they handled everything with care. Great job!

Top of the line service and attention to customers! A true life saver! I moved into apartment that unbeknownst to me had been poorly maintained and was infested with fleas. After waking from my first full night in the apartment with over 70 bites, I knew I was in trouble. This is all bad new for someone who is extremely allergic to fleas. After some extensive back and forth with my landlord, who first denied it and later tried to suggest that I had caused the infestation (I have no pets), the 1st Solution Team came and offered a solution at a reasonable cost.First an Inspector was sent to assess the problem. The inspector was a true professional. After inspecting the space he presented me with a treatment plan for my precise predicament. Being particularly sensitive to my dilemma, the first solution team went above and beyond to provide my first treatment that same day.Due to the severity of the infestation the treatment required multiple applications, which the 1st solution team explained to me upfront. I really appreciated the clarity w the plan was presented to me with as well as being told what to expect after application.The other company, rhymes w/Duly Molen, that I reached out to refused to offer a specified treatment for my particular issue and instead pushed monthly pest control services that would have done little to actually tackle the flea infestation.Later on when I discovered I was being "visited" by mice, I knew to call the 1st solution team. Like with the fleas, the team knocked it out of the park. Truly stellar!...And for anyone wondering, I will be moving out of my apartment as soon as the lease ends.Stop reading reviews and call these guys already!
