1st I got a keratin treatment by Kay that was ineffective because she was trying a brand she was not familiar with (DID NOT OFFER TO REDO KERATIN or even discount another keratin even though she says otherwise now). Then I got curls that fell down as soon as I got outside because they weren’t pinned (again never tried to make up for this either) then I got a maintenance on my hair that was too tight and didn’t include even a flat iron after even though I asked about styling beforehand and was never given a clear answer. On top of transparency, styling issues and product issues I was made to wait over 50 mins in person at the beginning of my 3rd appt while the stylist Kay ran a personal errand to reimburse her own pocket at my expense. I paid a babysitter from 3:30 as planned with a 3:45 appt time she didnt arrive at the shop until almost 5pm. She called me to tell me she would be 5 minutes late and then never called me or texted me again this was in her control to update me and not wait until I had to call her to find out. This time should’ve been used to style my hair (at an additional cost that I should’ve been informed of in advance). My flight was canceled 2 nights before due to the cyber outage (this was not in my control her errand running at that time was in her control) I immediately informed the stylist the night before the original appt so I guess these uncontrolled circumstances on my end lead to her thinking it was okay to leave a client waiting for over 50 mins for her own personal errand. I would never use this stylist again or refer them. Question is why did I go back after the first ineffective keratin treatment? Because I’m also a single mother and was referred by a close friend and was trying to give chances because we are all human. In hindsight I should not of. I wonder if she would’ve waited 50 mins for me to be late to my appt?? When I got there over an hour after the scheduled time without even letting her know I would be that long I could just say we’re all human ??♀️

It was an amazing experience having my hair done by Katie. I came in with a mess of a hair, completely frustrated and overwhelmed. Katie calmed me down, took the time to listen to what I wanted, gave amazing advise, and told me that she would be able to fix it, and did she ever!!!
Katie is so experienced and knowledgable about hair, and especially curly hair like mine. She took the time to treat my hair, put in Brazilian knot extensions, color, tone and highlight. She makes you feel at home, and is such a beautiful soul. It took a few hours to get everything done, and it went by so fast because I had such a great time with Katie.
I will definitely be going back to have my hair done at Just Extensions on a regular basis from now on!! Beyond grateful!!

I had alooecia universalis and in the past 2 years I got my eyelashes and eyebrows back and some hair ( very thin and white). I don’t mean to be ungrateful but I felt old. I looked better bald. However, after meeting Katy and having her work her magic, I feel 20 years younger. I cried when I saw myself. She really is great with extensions, but to help people with alooecia is not easy. I’ve tried many hairstylist, methods and nothing looked natural. This is it. My alooecia journey has come to an end! Thank you Katy

I am so happy I found Kady and Icon salon. I presented a grown out mess and she had me leaving feeling brand new. Super cute salon with the best pricing. I recommend 10/10

The salon owner and the salon are both very dirty and untidy. Hair color all over the walls, clogged shampoo bowl and hair everywhere. If you go, please take photos for your own safety to report to state board.
When approaching owner, owner was very rude, vindictive and neglected to actually take any consideration my concerns.
My only suggestion is to avoid this place at all costs to keep down trouble.

Kay did an absolutely amazing job but let me tell you to anyone looking for a place to get hair extensions LOOK NO FURTHER!!! Glo Beauty Salon and specifically Kay does a phenomenal job and I have years of experience. On top of the fact that the quality of the hair is bar none! Completely tangle free beautiful virgin hair. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Glo beauty salon!!
