“I couldn’t be happier with my recent experience at Shores Cleaners and Laundry. I brought in a formal dress a little less than a week and a half before a wedding I had to attend and inquired about possible alterations to the length and cleaning services for the garment. I didn’t want to put them in a bind by trying to rush the completion of the dress, but was reassured it would be done several days before my actual event. They delivered on their promise and I couldn’t be happier! Not only was the dress impeccably cleaned, but the alterations of it was perfection. “Great job on my pants!!!!!I work nearby, so this location is most convenient for me. They did my pants super quick and left room in case a corrected needs made, of a good inch plus. That's always a good strategy. They put in a great hem in a way which prevents fraying and unraveling of the material. Super nice friendly people. I called this morning to check on my pants not realizing they weren't even open yet and they answered and were super pleasant about it. I think they rushed extra so I could pick my pants up before my work scheduled today which was fantastic and greatly appreciated.I had gained a bunch of weight so my older suits were no longer fitting and I had to buy a new set. Initially I only found 1 pair that were 1 size too large to begin with and I'd been wearing them repeatedly since it was the only pair fitting. That pair was fortunately in petite so the length was already perfect. I recently bought 3 new pair of pants and all 3 needed them all hemmed. I'm so happy I got this done and that this place was so quick!! The really large pants also needs fixed by taking in the waist but I'll need to schedule time for that since not as simple but I trust this place can get it done. The cost was also the most reasonable as well. I highly recommend this place for great quality affordable alterations!! “Ainur and her team are amazing!!! First, I took them a Jean jacket that wouldn’t close and they added material under the arm and redid the waist band. Now, it fits perfectly! Second, I took them a dress that had an ill fit in the chest area. We laughed that it must have been Madonna’s dress. They knew exactly where to stitch and take in!!! The dress is wearable now!!!! My daughter got married this past weekend, and she brought her wedding dress with her from Texas on Thursday night. We went to La Mar Dry Cleaners and explained that we needed the dress steamed before the end of the day Friday. A huge ask before the wedding!
