My opinion may be a bit biased because Tony has been cutting my hair for 42 years and dying it for over ten. He is a phenomenal stylist and Belkis, his assistant, is just as great. I’m blessed to have them taking care of my hair needs. I would give them 10 stars, if i could! But this review is for the salon itself. I’ve been coming to Victory Estilo for over a year now, and they truly never disappoint! The service is top tier. Being blonde isn’t easy to trust just anyone with, but Liu leaves me speechless every single time. I recently started the weft method extensions with them, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The location is also super convenient. 100% recommend!
