“My opinion may be a bit biased because Tony has been cutting my hair for 42 years and dying it for over ten. He is a phenomenal stylist and Belkis, his assistant, is just as great. She is very considerate and will also always provide you with her honest professional opinion and at the end you will still walk out super satisfied and loving your hair.
