I live in a condominium undergoing a major project. The scope of this project means major inconveniences to the residents, but it is impossible to be upset because the staff at DebonAir are incredible. Shout out to Devin and Nick; they have been considerate of property and the residents' time as well as compassionate and empathetic to the discomfort and mess. They are on the job early, always smiling and friendly, and accommodating every step of the way.

Debonair has been a God send. I have a 6 year old unit in a rental property that stopped working properly. Called out a different company who came out 3 times and still couldn’t get the unit to work properly. I finally reached out to Debonair and the came out quickly and on time. They were there when they said they’d be. Can’t tell you how much I value that. They quickly identified the problem and ordered the correct parts for my unit which was still under warranty and no one else had bothered to tell us. A unit that I had purchased 8 years ago was not working and I called DebonAir. -first thing this morning, they sent out 2 great technicians (Justin and Sebastian) who diagnosed and fixed the issue quickly and efficiently. Both were polite and communicated constantly on the status of the job. I highly recommend DebonAir for any air conditioning service or purchase needs, for both their excellent professionalism and expertise!
