“After many bad plumbers who charged a fortune and never resolved the issue, these people found what was wrong and finally fixed it! They showed me everything, and explained in a way non plumbers can understand.I called after 4 on Monday about a toilet clog, expecting to see them Tuesday, and they were there in half an hour. They worked till 8 because the clog was difficult to clear. The camera showed badly connected pipe links which they fixed the next day. Water still not flowing well they dug and discovered some of the original cast iron pipe was still connected after I had been told it was all replaced. Also a tree root had grown into the pipe.It was a lot of trouble shooting but they did it working long hours in this horrible heat. Wish I had found them long ago and recommend them to everyone. Especially if you have a recurring issue that no one else seems to really fully fix.“

“We've had Atlas plumbing help us a few times now. Once with a toilet and it was seamless and easy - and more recently with a sink/faucet install (replacing 50 year old sink). I called Shannon and she was able to easily walk me through what was needed and she ordered what we agreed on. I had mentioned that we might need a garbage disposal also - she said they'd only install if necessary. I wasn't there so I had a neighbor let them in. It was more complicated than they originally thought but they were very fair in their pricing. Shannon was very easy to work with and a good communicator. “My husband and I needed to replace the drain field at our house that was in major disrepair. After calling different providers, I reached out to AAA Pro Plumbing and immediately spoke with Edwin. He came out very quickly to look at the job site in order to provide a quote and can share that Edwin was very knowledgeable, providing great advice on how we should proceed. He sent over the quote quickly (even though we didn’t pull the trigger and send over a deposit for another ~2 months). Edwin was great at communicating and setting expectations, explaining that it would take 3-4 weeks to complete the whole job, including pulling the permit, and that the physical job would take less than a work week, between construction and inspection. EVERYTHING Edwin promised, was delivered. We felt he went above and beyond to make us happy and accommodate our specific home’s needs. We ended up having to have a few changes to the original plan, which Edwin was able to accommodate quickly. I was impressed with how hands on Edwin is, he’s out there working with his crew, with all being respectful and courteous and you can tell they take pride in their work. I was home when the inspector came through, and I asked him how the crew performed; inspector stated they did an excellent job, music to the ears of homeowners!! His prices are neither the cheapest, nor the most expensive, the prices are FAIR. Without a doubt would hire him and his team for other jobs or maintenance, and would gladly recommend to family and friends.
