Customers have been satisfied with the friendly and patient staff, as well as the reasonable pricing for resoling, sole replacement, and other repair and alteration services. The business is known for its typically fast service and ability to leave items looking like new.
I was serviced by Romi, the owner. She was super friendly and patient. I had three pairs of Italian heels resoled and one pair of sandals that needed new soles. I was very happy with the outcome, and the cost was very reasonable. I will definitely be returning to have my sneakers cleaned.

Great refurbishing services and more! Left my handbag and shoes like new! I’m so happy with their services I also brought a belt to be adjusted to my size. Typically fast service too. I highly recommend.
This review is a long time coming! :) Two years ago, when I needed a hole in my massage table case patched, I took it to Romy and the work was durable, as well as neatly and professionally done, so much that the patch was not noticeable at all. I highly recommend Romy's!
