I love coming to get my glasses here they treat you very well you have your glasses less than a week or so and on top of that the ladies that walk in and out of here are very gorgeous beyond all that a a+ in my book

I made a glasses orderr me and my boyfriend and was told they would take 2 weeks. Its been a month and Now Im calling and they are telling me my boyfriends glasses broke in the lab and that he has to come and pick new glasses but theres nothing they can do cause it was the lab. My glasses were backordered and no one contacted me. Do not go there . The office manager is super rude and cant speak to the doctor. I am going to get a refund now after almost a month because I couldnt get my glasses. STAY AWAY FROM. THIS PLACE

I want to give thanks to Ailyn! For always being attentive to me and my girls needs …And making sure that we are being taken care of. Miami Gardens Eye Care has been there for my girls since the beginning I’m just glad we are being taken cared of by the Originals!

To Whom It May Concern,
I would like to begin by stating that I have been a patient of Dr. Berman when his office was located in a small suite inside the supermarket at 183rd and 47th, prior to moving into the shopping plaza. Unfortunately, I have noticed a decline in professionalism and quality of care from the staff compared to previous visits. I am unsure whether this is due to the Office Manager being only available on weekends or because Dr. Berman is less present in the office, but overall, the level of service has significantly decreased.
Today, I spoke with a representative named Millie. I requested that Dr. Berman return my call. I was informed that the Office Manager would not be available until Saturday. It has now been over a month and two days, and I have yet to receive any updates on when my glasses will be ready or any meaningful communication about my case. The staff has indicated they do not have this information and are unwilling to obtain it.

Excellent staff and Doctors They had told my husband in a different eye doctor office that he needed cataracts surgery over 10 years ago and we have been coming to this eye care for over 5 years and still he does not need surgery, that his cataracts are not in the surgery stage. Bless them for not taking advantage
