John provided exceptional roadside service and was extremely fair with his pricing. He originally came out at 6 PM and planned to complete the repair for around $500. Unfortunately, the replacement part available at the time turned out to be incorrect for our newer truck.
Despite that, John spent several hours working on the truck and trying every possible solution to get us back on the road. When it became clear the part would not work, he did not charge us for all of that extra time and effort.

Had a reefer door get broken off the hinges on my trailer on a weekend. Joan was able to come out to my location with all the parts needed for the repair .
