Had a flat on 95 South and wasn't aware of the Road Ranger. In a panic I called many companies to expedite the tire change after not being able to utilize the manual jack. This company gave me the ranger info instead of taking advantage of a customer. Integrity and professionalism to say the least!
My battery died while I was in route and needed urgent assistance. I didn’t have anyone to call so I googled for assistance and his contact was the first one to come up, he answered quickly, told asked for my location and told me he would be to me in 22 minutes. He was!! It was hot and I was watching the time, he showed up, jumped my car and gave me advise on how long I’d have to get it replaced and he disabled to auto engine turn off function. Super happy with the service, I’ve saved his contact. As a single mom, I hope it doesn’t happen again but he’s a great resource to have saved in your phone. Thanks Geoffrey!!
Our car broke down on the highway. Bossa came to our rescue and was able to quickly procure the rare tire size of our car. He reached at the the location quickly and within 20 mins, our car was ready. We thank him for all the help, he was very professional and skilled at his work.
