Amazing care! Staff and doctors are very caring, personable and professional. They saved my Zoe’s eyesight following a minor injury that turned quickly turned a nasty ulcer. Heaven sent! ???

"I have always had great experiences when calling or visiting the Animal Guy. Dr. Martinez is amazing and caring. However, today was the first time I called to confirm my appointment after making a deposit for a Saturday appointment. The woman named Rozanne who answered the phone seemed to be having a bad day. When I asked her a simple question, she responded in a sassy manner, which I found a little out of line. It is important to remember that I am a customer.”

I came into this location due to an emergency eye luxation of my munchkin (Coco Chanel). The front desk and doctor who serviced me were professional and empathetic and made sure to explain in detail what was going on and also provided the treatment that my dog needed. I’m forever thankful and grateful for them. ?
